Spelunkly in PlayOnLinux (Ubuntu)

Does anyone know how to play the game 'Spelunky' at full speed in PlayOnLinux?

In case peope don't know, PlayOnLinux is as the name says a program to run windows applications in Linux, In my case Ubuntu.

Every time i want to play Spelunky the game runs fine exept when picking up treasure. On the (high)score screens the game runs really slow and it's kind of annoying since it can take 2-5 minutes inbetween levels.
Also the sound and graphics at not in sync.

Does anyone know a way to make the game play always at full speed?

If it helps, i'm using Spelunky v1.1 and wine version 1.3.24

It's not well-supported, so the only suggestion I can give is to use a different version of Wine until you find one that works.

It's not magic. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, try a different version of Wine. If it still doesn't work, then it probably won't until someone fixes Wine to support it.
