I was using an old ATI All In Wonder HD (3000 series chipset) and the screen was stretched to the borders. Now that I put in a new HD 7770, the image has a black border around it, even when I try to use different zoom modes on the TV.

IS there a setting that Ive missed?

What is the resolution of the screen and what is the card outputting?

1920x1080 for both cards. Same resolution with TV.

Within the vision center there is a "digital Flat-Panels" tab. Go into properties and ensure scaling is enabled.

Actually, I had to put it to Overscan. I completely missed that option last time. I r retarded.
