unless your tool of choice was a chainsaw any bob with a screwdriver can build a pc with some help
the problem with prebuilts like iBuyPower is a cheap psu and mid-low tier gpu with parts priorities on whatever numbers look higher on paper
not all, but most like to use these numbers to capitalize on people who dont really know any better
that said if you had to have it built for you, maybe a local computing shop would be able to build it for you, after labour costs of course
unfortunately if you're looking for a cheap price, I dont think you're going to find a much better deal than this, building doesnt save as much money as people think it does, so this is probably still cheaper than building
