So I lost a document I need...please help!

There was like 4 essays I did for a class and I only just realized today that the document was deleted I need to retrieve in in the next 4 hours so I need a program that can bring it back from the dead. I've already tried the restore previous version option so that isn't something I can try and its not in my recycle bin so I can't just restore it. Any user friendly free data recovery programs would be super helpful.
