shiiiiiiit (virus/fake antivirus software-related)

Okay, last night I was on Gaia and a fake virus alert popped up, but this time it wouldn't go away when I clicked the "x" button.
Now, in another desktop/folder/whateveryoucallit, "Security Tool", a fake antivirus software, in installed into that desktop and killing it and screwing it up. I am in my backup desktop right now. McAfee is installed, As with Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware.The backup is an Admin, so what do I do?
I need help now!
