Recovering a hacked account?

Is it possible? The problem is not on this site, its on gamebattles.com. The person who hacked my account changed the pw and email already. Is it still possible to recover it somehow?

Or if some other account tied to that site has been compromised but you can still log into the gamebattles site, you may try using the support ticket system linked at he top of that form.

ive never been there, but it sounds like the hacker covered all angles. i would just give up on it.

It's about a 99.9% chance that you will never see that account again. Once it's hacked, you have to say goodbye.

Unless records show that the computer you're sending the request from is the one the account used up until recently when it suddenly had some of it's info changed and started behaving differently while being used from a different computer, perhaps.

There isn't much you can do outside of contacting the company that runs the site. Let them know your account was hacked, how you believe it was hacked, and whom you think the culprit might be.

Honestly, though... if the company thinks you released your account by being "tricked" by a phishing site or passing your login details to a friend, it's likely they'll either tell you to create another account, or just leave the issue completely ignored.

Next time, try a random password (like d56j4be34ce5h5 or something) but write it down (unless you can remember it) on a sticky note or something (NOT IN COMPUTER) and keep track of it.

I know, I also found it bizarre too. I dont know, maybe I made the person sore who hacked my account?
