well when windows is on the pick user screen one of the users has a message under there name it says u have 1 unread mail message and as far as i know none of us have any mail account made from outlook or any thing.

so could anyone give me a idea how to make that message go away.

Sure. Remove the email.

The user in question - at some point - opened Outlook Express. Or perhaps they installed Live Mail alongside Messenger or something. In any case, there is a default email designed to welcome you to the application and offer some very basic help/usage suggestions. Delete this email. Or read it. Either will work just fine.
