Problem solved not thanks to ill mannered sonic offline lol

When i plug my iphone to my windows desktop via usb cable it connects and i'm able to see and access pictures and videos... But when i do this with my mac nothing happens it just charges the phone -_-
its an old os 10.6.8

I have itunes but I'm not fond of it.
But if you know a QUICK AND EASY way it can help me access my video's thank you! ! !

p.s.
I would rather not use itunes... j.s.

Just use iTunes. Stop making s**t difficult for stupid reasons. That's the deal with buying an iDevice. You use iSoftware or risk an iBrick.

You have to use iTunes, and it has to be the iTunes that correlates with whatever iOS you have on your phone. Like, if you have iOS 8, then you've gotta use the most up to date iTunes.
