Plug ins installations not working is it because....

I'm on a guest account? I'm trying to play this site for school that's for keyboarding but when I tried to download it, it downloaded fine and it's on my computer right now but when I went back to the site it said download the plug in? I'm wondering if it's because I'm on a Guest account or what.
Because MMO's work fine and have no problems.

probably, since guest accounts don't have admin rights to install programs or plugins.

try check that the browser doesn't delete data. Maybe ask the person who is admin on that computer to install the plugin.

I've been able to install the MMO's I've downloaded on a guest account and play them just fine mind you I do need the admin's password.
