The mms:// protocol do not represent, nor transmit files. It's organized as a stream. It do not have 'beginning' nor 'end' in terms of files. You can write down to disk a part of stream, you can write whole stream, either should be valid multimedia. Google could help you to find suitable tool.

you can use a program called

Net Transport

to download files from addresses mms:\\..

you can download it from www.download.com
or simply search through the google surely you will find it.

mms is in windows media player. if i remember correctly...

sry i havent used it in such a long time... but i tihnk u open windows media player, go to file, open URL. .. type/paste in the mms link. and it should play. might take a while depend on ur connection.
