So I have Netflix, but on the bedroom tv cause thats where the PS3 is, which is where I watch Netflixs on. But the wireless router is in the living room which cause's my netflix to keep retrieving every other second after it has already retrieved (its really starting to bother me) the router set up is, its plugged into the phone jack and the cordless phone is plugged into the router, what I want to know is, can I plug the phone in the the jack and move the router into the bedroom and have both still working properly? (since Netflix should work better with the PS3 manually plugged into the router instead of being wireless)
I have AT&T if it helps.

When using a wireless router, make sure there are no electronics than don't use the 2.4Ghz rule around it, any more Ghz disrupts wireless signals. Wich ISP you use is not relavant. Make sure the router's NAT type is also OPEN as your modem will not be able to talk to your router if this is not done. It would also help to put the router in a high elevation, and away from corners such as a bookcase or on top of a wall mounted cabnet.

If all else fails...

If your modem has more than 1 ethernet port, get a long enough ethernet cord that reaches your PS3.
