im going to get an Ipad air soon to do digital art on, and I want to know how can I get my scanned pictures from my PC to my iPad Air.

You could either transfer them over using iTunes, or use as cloud service such as dropbox, box, or Googles Drive.

when I use my iphone to connect to iTunes, it doesn't show all the pictures and videos I have on it, so I cant take them off and back them up on my PC.
