I doubt I will get much help from here, but it is worth a shot I suppose.

I am trying to set a macro that will:
1: paste a copied text in Spreadsheet
2: take that same text and cut it
3: special paste that same text in a transpose manner

This is my very first time using macros, and I have no clue how to get it so it won't activate on the same spot every time, and how to get it so I don't have to go to tools>macros>selectmacros>macro every time.
