It keeps saying :
"The selected file connote be used as an emoticon

The FIle Does not meet the specifications for the file type, file size, or pie dimensions."

It says it has to be 150kb, and pixels 50 by 50.

And it is lower than both those.

I have a macbook. Is that why it's not working?

And no. It's not because you have a Mac. Microsoft don't make their programs work worse if you use them on a Mac.

Found the link for them, I can't see a problem though..

I too don't see what's wrong with them... They seem to comply to all the restrictions.
