My sound isn't working! 1000 reward!!

Hi all,

My computer has recently been taken in from a virus problem and now i cannot get the sound working. Everything is plugged in correctly. Also when I go to the volume control it says "There Are No Active Mixer Devices Available". After this I tryed to see if "Sound and Audio devices properties" were working but they were blank. Can someone please help me with this problem. I am willing to give a reward of 1000 gold if my sound if fixed.

It's telling you that you put in the model number for your monitor, not your computer. Those are all things that could be used with a monitor.

Look for a label on the computer that says what model it is, not the monitor, or anything else.

When you get to the support page for your computer, you will see audio drivers on the list.
