Dear Gaia, I need some means of connecting twenty monitors to a single tower (or dvd player if possible). I was thinking there might be something like a splitter cable to research? If so, let me know so I can research.

20 to show the same image, or to span something?

If it's spanning, you'll probably need alternate software or linux for THAT many screens.

So far, this is all I could find. Does it look like the correct product for my needs?
It's to show the same image.

You'd actually be looking for powered Repeaters. Just splitting the signal will cause data loss/corruption, leading to one awful looking picture. Not cheap stuff.

Well I'm not looking for quality. It's for an outdoor stage where there's a "robot band". So crappy video might look cool. All grungy and whatnot.

It'd actually be to the point where one, or all screens wouldn't display anything, might also run the risk of potentially damaging your equipment.

But, more or less one of these would help out. Just 16 ports though.
