When I try and sign in it tells me that someone else is trying to access my account and that I need to answer some questions to confirm its really me.
But the questions are a but strange, at the end it asks for my credit card details so I think it's probably some form of phishing scam. However it happens every time I try and log in and I really need to access my account so I don't know what to do.

Is this happening to anyone else?!

Have you tried logging in from a different IP? It could be that you are being redirected, possibly from some malware.

Like other people said, you could even try logging in from a library or something to make sure it's not a virus or a problem with your network o:
