Linux subforum/Mac subforum

Does anyone agree that there should be a linux/mac/windows subforum? I know this could casue alot of flaming, but it would make posting simpler and save on people asking what people use.

People are supposed to put their preference of Operating System in the sticky in Tech-Talk. However, a lot of them simply decide to put a new thread here without looking in the Sub-Forum first.

Therefore, I don't think it's needed, as it won't do a lot of difference. IMO.

An OS subforum would do nothing but cause flamewars between elitists. So no.

Subforums are not created out of want, they are created out of need. There are not enough topics to support a Linux or Mac subforum. Windows yes, but if we have a windows subforum only, it would look bad.

If there were say, 10 new topics a day for Mac and Linux both, then there might be a subforum made for it if that trend continues. Until then, its not gonna happen.
