linux: auto reset ntfs journal?

ok, I would like to make my own live virus removal kit, though I have one main issue...there's some live distros that will reset all unclean ntfs journals while booting. How do I set mine to do this?

I'm going to try to run this off of dream linux, using clamAV, AVAST, and chkrootkit
