a zip file is a compressed (or, zipped) file that has many other files inside it.
to extract it, you right click it, and choose extract.

Nevermind on that, I remembered another tool.

click basic, click share, and it'll ask you to download or run a program.
run it, and at the top of the screen it will show nine numbers.
Send me those numbers and I'll be able to see your screen, and also be able to ask you for permission to control your pc until it restarts.

It depends on the speed of the computer and the speed of your internet.
