Perhaps more people are having trouble than expected.... or customer service is ******** off and playing trashsketball. Well, no matter how long it takes, be concise and polite to the phone monkey.

I work the phones for tech support to so I am always curteous to my fellow techies unless their dicks in which case I treat them how they treat me. And well it turns out my ipod was defective so I am getting a new one.
