Lately my ipod beens getting screwy.
I turned it on, flipped through some songs, and played it.
It didnt start playing, so i assumed i paused it by accident, but now my iPOd's frozen and the backlight wont go off.
Do i just wait for the battery to run down or what?

Try running the battery down, and charging it to see if it does the same thing.

Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, my iPod has done the same thing like 50 million times... Let it sit for a few days... It WILL grow out of it... Just be patient. It took mine like 7 months to QUIT that strange behavior... It obeyed. FINALLY.
