last night as i attempted to turn my fully charged ipod on, i got a screen i've never seen before.
it's a picture of an ipod with a dead face, an exclamation point, and the apple ipod support site.
this morning i decided to go to this site and go through the trouble shooting steps for my ipod.
absolutely nothing worked.
i can't even restore the ipod, because it's not being recognized by my computer.
i'm rather confused because it worked just fine on monday...

any other suggestions i can try to see if it will work?
has this happened to anyone else?
has my ipod just committed suicide, and i'm screwed?
any help is appreciated.
