I Need Help Wiht My Flash Player

I need help with my flashplayer. Everytime I try to install it, I do everything it tells me to and it doesn't work and when I try to look for it, it seems to disappear on me. Anyone know what I should and I pretty sure it has nothing to do with my virus scane thing.

Completely uninstall it using Adobe's removal tool MAKING SURE YOU UNDERSTAND AND DO NOT SKIP STEPS

get a fresh version from adobe making sure to uncheck the optional offer.

If that doesn't help we will need more info.

I did all that and still nothing. I'm not sure what else to tell you expect what I already mentioned. I've had this problem before, but I can't remember what I did to fix. It. Thank for you help so far, though.

Ok. I found out something new that might be the problem. Besides everything I mentioned before, a thing pops up saying only the Administator can access this file or something like that, which is weird, because my account is the only one on my computer and is set up has administator.

ok what thing is popping up? We cannot see your computer screen. We need details. "a thing pops up" could be the corpse I buried in your garden last night for all I know.

Never mind. I fixed that part. However Flash Player still won't work for me. Sorry. I'm porbaly not being much help, but I'm trying to describe everything the best I can.
