hotmail and blocking emails

Does anyone know how to block email adresses in hotmail? ive been getting spammed with phishing emails all day and i cant stop them, all i have is a report as phishing scam button but even after using that i still keep getting them sad

Click on options, just under your name.
Then select "More options".
Under "Junk Emails", select "Safe and blocked senders".
Click on "Blocked senders", then simple type in the email address to block.
Although, this may not work for spam, as a lot of the time, they keep changing their email address.
