Have you tried restarting your computer? You also may have downloaded a new driver that may not be compatible with your computer currently. I dont think its the hardware, i have had this problem in the past and for me it was either a driver or just needing to be restarted.

I restarted my computer many of times. Someone told me I need to update my driver. idk what that means. I do not think it is about my driver compatible I have been using my devices all the time. Thank you for responding to my thread.
To update your driver goto the start menu and type in device manager.

From there you should see universal ports or something of the sort. Right click and click update driver. or properties and driver update


Ok I will try this out. to see if it helps. I still not one hundred percent what is wrong with it but i do appreciate you and others helping me. ^.^
