I just recently downloaded a game called Asda Story and when I try to click on a certain npc it would tell me about a buffer overrun. How does one go about solving this problem? The exact program and problem is as shown in the image below.

Run windows update and give us a list of things it offers to update. Just the names will do.

In my windows update it gives me the options under;
-Silverlight Microsoft Silverlight (KB974331) -Windows Vista Broadcom - Network - Broadcom 4322AG 802.11a/b/g draft-n Wi-Fi A.... Conexant - Audio - Conexant High Definition Smart Audio 221 CXT - Network - HDAUDIO Soft Data Fax Modem with Smart CP nVidia - Network - NVIDIA nFroce Networking Controller Synaptics - Input - Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad -Office Live Add-in Office Live add-in 1.4 The game also allows me to play it and talk to several other npcs, but it only appears when I want to talk to certain npcs. |

what you do is, go to computer, programs files x86, Gamescampus, and rename the asdastory file to asda.

Game bug. We can't help with those. Best talk to the makers through their website/forums as has already been mentioned. As for the downloads, definitely get the drivers. Up to date drivers can only be a good thing unless they're beta and that's just more trouble then it's worth if Microsoft offered them. |
