Ok so my phone text message blinked and my pictures froze on my phone. What should I do in this situation?. I have a Smartphone by the way. And this only just happened just today. Is that a bad thing that my phone did that?. What does that usually mean when my phone did that?. Should I start panicking and being worried. I tried returning on my phone on and off to try to restart my phone and such already and I hope that will work.

My phone device I have is a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini by the way so hopefully that will help with my phone problems or so.
Just close the app and reopen it or turn it off then on. There is nothing to worry about; you were probably just low on available RAM.

Thanks for the reply about my phone situation. But what's RAM though?. I tried that and so far my phone is ok when I closed the app I was using which is the texting app and picture app on my phone and then I waited a while and reopened the app and I turned off my phone and then on and so far my phone is working ok. Thanks.

But what's RAM though

RAM : random access memory
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Random-access_memory

Basically it's the memory available for your phone to use. The more apps you have running, the less you have available. Closing apps frees memory, but sometimes rebooting the phone is necessary to free more of it. Usually your device will automatically close apps running if it needs more, but as you've seen, sometimes it just needs a little help smile

My phone although automatically turned off by itself and I didn't turn it off. Is that a bad thing?. Does that mean my phone has a virus?. Will my phone tend to do that a lot?. Because that is the first time my phone did that. Is that a normal thing for my phone to do?.

First of all, I want you to remove the battery while the phone is ON,
Turn on the phone
Press and hold the home button,
press the pie chart on the bottom right
click the RAM button,
press clear memory
Clear all of your task using task manager.
Reset the phone again.
Problem should be solved.

Yes,but if I reset my phone will it mess up my phone?. That's what I'm afraid of to do.
