Hi, does anyone know any GIF making tutorials for MS Paint?
I'm trying to make an animated banner for my questthread, but I don't really know how to make it animated.I only have crappy MS Paint at the moment, but we're getting Adobe Photoshop CS soon, so if you can only find tutorials for Adobe anyway, that is still appreciated.

You cannot make an Animated GIF with MS Paint. However, there are free programs listed in the Stickies that can allow you to create them.

You can download Freeware of Shareware or something of Paintshop Pro and Adobe! They're try and buy kind of things..but there's ways around a run out subscription XD
