Getting a new gaming mouse today..

I've been using a Razer Naga for about a year now and it's completely crapped out on me. Every single click I do is a double click. It makes highlighting, selecting, and many other small tasks into very frustrating tasks.

I really enjoyed this mouse for the other functionalities though, such as the 12 buttons on the side.

For quality I am willing to give them up though.

So I am looking for suggestions on long lasting gaming mice. Please? whee

Auto double clicking, or rather, hovering over something initiating a single click and the next click, which would be your first[single] click, commencing a double click is actually a setting. When you said crapped out, did you mean the button became too jumpy it self? If that were the case, in the future, you can set the double click timing/ sensitivity options to make it a bit more bearable before you jump ship to another mouse.

It's a real bummer, I hate having to give up the 12 extra buttons but.. I'd rather have a mouse that is known to last for a good amount of time. My boyfriend has a G400 as well (although his is shaped slightly different ) and he's been using his without trouble for as long as I've known him.

Alot of the time you are just paying for the name/title of "GAME WARE" itself rather than the quality offered by standard products less advertised. A good example would be Alienware, or generally just extremely riced up computer components that serve very little purpose than to look pretty and break in <1 year.

Indeed, and it's quite unfortunate. I will not give in to this "game ware" crap again! Stickin' to Logitech headset, mice, and keyboards. 3nodding

I'm a longtime Logitech consumer. Products owned: g510 keyboard, g500, g5 BF2142 mouse, g13 gamepad, G930 Wireless headset, G35 Wired Headset, G15 Gaming Keyboard and an x530 5.1 Surround sound system. Ever since I could afford to buy my own hardware, I always go with logitech. And no, I haven't had a single one go out on me yet, I simply upgraded and sold my old ones.

It's amazing how sturdy Logitech products are. I have surround sound Logitech speakers too! They're wonderful but man the bass from my sub is too powerful at times when I play games. XD

It's amazing how sturdy Logitech products are. I have surround sound Logitech speakers too! They're wonderful but man the bass from my sub is too powerful at times when I play games. XD

Most Logitech speaker systems have a bass Dial on the Sub. Have you looked for this? You can turn the bass down lower or higher as you desire. You can usually also change this on your sound settings on your computer.

Most Logitech speaker systems have a bass Dial on the Sub. Have you looked for this? You can turn the bass down lower or higher as you desire. You can usually also change this on your sound settings on your computer.

Oh, yes, I have to keep it quite low. I think having a sub so close to me makes everything seem louder. x)
