GeForce Assassins Creed 3 Redeem Problem!

So, after about two solid hours after I downloaded the FREE Assassins' Creed 3 game I acquired from ordering a geforce card, I still can't play it.

Why?

Because UPlay asks for an unlock code, but no unlock code was ever sent to my email, and upon looking around the internet and seeing you have to look at your order history, there was nothing IN my order history.

I'm totally at a loss, I'd rather like to play this 15GB game, but it seems to try and shut me down at every turn.

complain to Ubisoft or nVidia. I'm sure they can check that you downloaded it from the offer for the geforce cards. If you really dont have a code and that's the only way you can play, it should come with one...

Speak with the company you purchased the card from, they should be able to provide you with the key.
