how do I fill out the form for a FTP server thing for geocities?

As far as I know, geocities does not suppourt FTP. You either have to upload everything via their web account managers, or if they still suppourt it, Microsoft Frontpage.

Ya, GEOsites doesn't support FTP, nor any good features. I highly recommend going to angeltowns - they don't shut you down for using too much bandwidth, plus they give you tons of space smile
