Excel problem

This is my problem, I want to take 1 row of cells and have that data import automaticlly into a workorder. For example.. Unit number, unit name, serial number, ect.

Do you know how to record and play back macros? When you record a macro, its capturing your inputs into a VBA script. After you stop recording, you can review and edit that script for fine tuning. This may help you get the basics of picking up that data to format it elsewhere. For example, if your work order is based upon a word document template the VBA that drives the macros in Excel can also be used with Word.

Another possible approach is to treat your excel workbook as a data source, and use a program like Word or Excel to read it.
