You can attempt to access the website through a proxy server. Simply Google proxy servers and connect to one. This does have some potential to compromise your system, however. Be cautious who you trust on the internet and don't download any files or accept any random connections, chat sessions or stray links.

I have tried the proxy thing and it does not work.

It's accessible through Tor (UK exit node) so I still think this is a blocking issue going on somewhere. From what I saw of the site's content, its probably on explicit content filtering lists that parents and school networks would use. If you all share the same ISP, it could be them as well. If not, perhaps its a national takedown. Without more info from the OP, there's no way to know specifically.
