Embedded sounds ( website help )

I have an embedded sound on the splash page of my blog site and I would like to know how I can add the options to start and stop the sound. Since it does get annoying to viewers of my blog.

My friend Diamond-dog hosts me. All he charges is 2 donation letter a month. I get SQL and 50 MB of space.

He is a really good friend ^_^
