Drawing Tablet

Hello, I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I just got a Bamboo Fun tablet as an early Christmas present, this one to be exact, http://www.amazon.com/Bamboo-Medium-Tablet-Graphics-Software/dp/B000V9RL6G/ref=cm_cmu_pg_t it's working JUST fine when writing but once I go into ANY other program to, DRAW, it becomes extremely glitchy and I haven't the slightest clue why it's doing that and not working properly, if you could help me I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you.

What kind of computer are you on? A PC running Windows XP or Vista? A Mac running OSX? What programs specifically does it go glitchy in? Photoshop? Illustrator? Paint? Is it when you do anything in the program or when you use the stylus instead of the mouse? Is it dirty at all (the mouse, stylus or tablet?) Give us every single detail you can.

At the moment, it's working, don't know how or why, but it is. And I'm on a Vista, it's glitchy in photoshop and corel, I don't have Illustrator and it's working in Paint and the mouse hasn't been working. I'm just hoping to God that it keeps working because this is something I've been wanting for a long time to add more flare to my pictures! And it's not dirty, it's brand new razz
