I need help changing the COLOR of the font here, not the background color of it. I have no idea how to do this... I honestly don't even know how I managed this neutral

You are wrong. You are thinking of the W3C who have no affiliation to the site you just posted. And furthermore, that particular site is full of wrong and misleading information

No they didn't. The internet was a civilian extension of the military ARPA network. The web standards (I.E: how we are seeing this VERY page) we know today were done by Sir Tim Berners Lee, who was also one of the W3Consortium funding members. The W3C tells HTML to jump and it yells "HOW HIGH, LORD AND MASTER OF OUR UNIVERSE, SIR?"
