I have no sound device installed because I got rid of it on accident
I want to know how to fix this

Download a driver, I ******** have several and they all want me to resgister for it to fix the problem

go to toshiba.com/support and download the drivers, and next time RTFM.

Yes, those programs that try to find it for you aren't worth the money.
