By the way, I think she's talking about blanket licensing or whatever it's called. "You give me X amount of dollars, and you can distribute this" sort of deal. I forget what'it's called. Royalties?

However, you do not have the permission to redistribute them, only to download them for your own personal viewing. Having something and having the right to give that something away are separate things under US copyright law, as we've quoted to you multiple times.

If you was to make a video of yourself doing something, say singing along to your fave song. If I got a hold of it and decided to distribute it to all and sundry via the net, you'd probably be pretty pissed at me.

Youtube has permission to host the files. Youtube probably pays WWE a ton of royalties for the rights to do so.

Besides, Once you have done something before, you can do it as many times as you want, for free!
