Cell Phone Advice! Please

Ok so I my blackberry pearl is completely messed up and I need to get a new phone now. I have the option to get a new blackberry pearl(although it will be just the phone and the exact model which is the older version) for about $90 to $100. But I recently found this phone:

I like the way it looks but I am not too great with technology so I don't know if this phone functions great....
