Try to install itunes with the link I gave, then rmeove with revo, restart, then install again.

It's a pain in the butt, but it'll be the best shot.

but it wont let me uninstall it with revo at all

Removing it and reinstalling still hasn't helped anything
I still think it's related to me not being able to do a system update on my computer
I ran microsoft fixit and this came up
