broken computer needing help(im tech dumb)

Well you by far definitely would have to explain more than you have for anyone in here to have an inkling of the issue razz

i had a program called jv16 installed onto my computer and so i went to use it because my computer was showing signs of somethings wrong and i thought it was the new virus scanner i had installed on my computer and well, it ended up making my internet hate me to death as well as deleting all add-ons i had and i cant load the pages too re-install my add-ons even? as well as my adobe or java or something isnt updating because i can only watch netflix and youtube.
