i have never heard of anti-virus pro but when ever i go on google or sometinhg it will like stop and go internet explorer cannt acces because of antivirus pro...someone help D;,,,,alo i have no antivirus because someother virus kicked that ones a** and the pro tihng on it now...eh...and i cant run explorer either...not the one that goes on the itnernet the one fore the abckround

Have you tried the "advanced" section yet?
I haven't read that sticky in a while... just noticed it had some stuff you might be able to do even with your computer so messed up.

If you'd successfully completed parts of the sticky you'd have stuff to show for it.
But since you've got yourself a fake antivirus it looks like the "advanced" part of the sticky just might work...
It's a couple posts in, try some of it?

Maybe you read it, or at least skimmed over it, but you did not follow it's instructions.

Start at the beginning, do each step, one at a time, in the proper order, as instructed. Do not deviate. Do not skip steps. Do not do anything other than what the sticky says to do.

the advanced part did remvoe the stuff...excpet antivirus pro....which is being very annoying....but my icons came back and task bar :d...now how do i get rid of the damn antivirus pro

Then if you aren't lying, you failed to follow it's instructions exactly as written, as I said.

As was pointed out, if you had followed the instructions, you would have something to show for it. We would have interacted with you at some point in the process, as instructed.

Since you have nothing to show, and we have not interacted you in the ways we would expect, we know you have not done something properly.

I'm not going to tell you exactly what we want to see, because I don't want you to just do the bare minimum steps required to get us to help you, I want you to do all of the scans suggested in all of the ways you're supposed to. Everything in the sticky is important.

So, I suggest you try it again, doing everything it says to do, start to finish. You apparently skipped over something important the first time, so please be careful not to do that this time around. We will know when you have paid attention to the instructions. Don't just read, DO.

sir man...idk avi is clustered and i dont know you personally....> _ >....but i have done what you did...sort of like 3 minutes ago....and now my icons are back ;D..and task bar...but now that stupid antivirus pro thing has been popping over and over again...thats the only thing i cant do or get rid of...and it keeps coming back to some stupid pop up sign for sex websites >.<....also i am using safari a program that i couldn't use before but with your scan thing it was usable again ;D
