I suggest you check download.com for freeware and shareware programs to try out.

I'll also be moving this since this is in the wrong forum

u can use ppt, and export it as a .gif or use flash and export it as a .gif, then u have to host it on a server, try photobucket.com

Try using The Gimp for windows
