Office Costume Survey: Vote!
It being Halloween and all, we decided to have a little costume contest around the Gaia office. Being staunch believers in democracy and egalitarianism, we thought we'd let you, the people, vote on which ones are the best. Voting is open till Monday, so please check it out!
New Forum: Supernatural
- Hey, there's a new forum! Just in time for Halloween, we've dreamt up a brand new place to discuss vampires, werewolves, bigfoots (bigfeet?), yetis, apocryphal lake monsters, ghosts, fairies, Santas, etc. Our new Supernatural Forum is a permanent place for all you aspiring paranormal investigators to meet, shake hands, and exchange your gooey ectoplasm in a safe, nurturing environment.

You won't get all the fancy formatting buttons, but if you just want to make a quick post without leaving the page, it's perfect timesaver for today's busy forum poster on the go.
New Homepage Test
- Over the next few weeks, we're planning on trying out some new looks for the logged-out homepage, so a certain percentage of you guys might see something like this when you visit Gaia:
Each of the top tabs will showcase a different feature of Gaia; we just wanted to show new unregistered visitors some of the best stuff without overwhelming them with a ton of content.
There's not really much else to tell-- we just didn't want you to be freaked out when you visited Gaia and it looked all cool and unfamiliar. Beyond that, there aren't any changes to the site's registration process or anything.
