i think the worst super power would be to be able to talk in diff languages that will be useless

Actually, Cypher, a member of the X-men, had that ability. He could speak and read any language (so long as it was an actual language. He couldn't talk to animals, for example).

I'll always be partial to El Guapo, though. His power was he had a skateboard that hated him. No, seriously. He did.

Heh... That's not a power though. It's just owning a really shitty skateboard.

No. That was his actual power (that and Tony Hawk physics). I think it's just like Phantomex's power is owning a spaceship. I think the skateboard grew out of him (it's never clarified where it comes from, but he is a mutant and his power is his skateboard).

So he had some self-hatred issues then? Why else would is own home-grown skateboard hate its creator?

It's unclear. The Skateboard probably didn't truly HATE him, per say, but it acted like a violent moral enforcer. He had a gf before he joined the X-Statixs, but due to his fame women were throwing themselves at him. He eventually had a three way with two supermodels. From that day on, his Skateboard would beat him savagely. It's unknown if it ever stopped doing that, but most likely did after El Guapo lost his legs (his life was hard enough being a legless skateboarder). He died soon after this.
