He could speak and read any language (so long as it was an actual language. He couldn't talk to animals, for example). I'll always be partial to El Guapo, though. His power was he had a skateboard that hated him. No, seriously. He did. |

I remember Jubilee from the X-Men. She definitely has the worst powers in my opinion. She emits sparkles from her hands ? Even a flashbang would be much more effective than that.

I think the skateboard grew out of him (it's never clarified where it comes from, but he is a mutant and his power is his skateboard). |
