I don't read LICD as a rule, but I do follow another of theirs, LFG. I also read Gutters, sometimes. Also Everblue. I follow a couple of others as well, but those are the major ones.

I love Lackadaisy Cats and Templar. I'm plotting a webcomic of my own, but I'll take the time to plug one my friend made: Paradigm Shift by Dirk Tiede is a paranormal suspense story that starts as a police procedural. Fans of shows like Law and Order: Criminal Intent and The X-Files (and maybe a bit of The Incredible Hulk? Hint-hint. wink ), may like this comic.
