With DC's recent relaunch (reboot, change-up? Whatever you call it.) of the DCverse, there's been uproar over whether or not this New 52 is a good idea. The fans seem polarized on the issue, but one thing we can all agree on is that 52 is confusing. What's canon? Did this battle happen? Have these two partners ever met? Is this Hero still abound? Does my favorite villain even exist anymore? It gets frustrating trying to keep track of it all, so I decided it could be a good idea if we all helped each other. So, below, I'm going to start up a list of characters who have shown up in the New 52 lineup and where you can find them. Below that, I'll add a list of characters who seem to be missing. I can't possibly read all the new comics, so I definitely want this to be a group effort. If anyone notices someone's missing from the list or knows where an AWOL character can be found, please let me know.

((As I hear rumors of these characters, I'll add them to the list. If I can find a source, I'll include it. If anyone has any information or sources, please feel free to post them.))
Alright, I think that just about does it. I've worked out a list of major character who have appeared in the New 52 and a list of those not yet accounted for. Two quick notes; I purposely left off supporting characters and villains specific to one hero/comic, like Lois Lane, Iris West, or Two-Face. I figured we could all assume Commissioner Gordon and Alfred are in most of the Batmans, while Jimmy Olsen is in 'Superman' and 'Action Comics.'

And I really didn't feel like listing all of the Batman villains. If I did that, I'd have to list all the Flash villains, and then all the Superman villains, and I just don't have the time for that. However, I don't mind adding them up as people point them out. Anyway, the list is ready. Hope it helps.

You forgot Shining Knight in Demon Knights...

And what about all of the Batmen Incorprated members Besides Batwing?

And Hawkgirl or Hawk Woman...

DANG... DC just decided to cut a bunch of people out of the picture...which I can't blame them..they had an incredibly big roster. I like this and hate it at the same time... gosh.

Added Shining Knight to the roster, and put Hawkwoman with Hawkgirl on the AWOL list. I assume she'll show up in 'Savage Hawkman' at some point, but I'm not going to bet on that one.

As for Batman Incorporated, it actually is returning in January, but make sure to look for 'Batman Inc. #1' and not #11, as it is starting the numbers over like everything else. Grant Morrison has said that he'll be treating the first 10 issues of Batman Inc. as 'season 1' and that this new run will be 'season 2.' So no worries on that one. = ) (Here's the source.)

Yeah, that Wally question is my biggest one. Probably, Wally and Donna Troy. Where are these two and why do we have their successors (Bart Allen and Cassie Sandsmark) but no mention of them? With Donna, at least it seems clear she existed at some point, because Red Robin calls Cassie Wonder Girl and she tells him not to, though whether he's calling her that because she reminds him of Donna or just as a random nickname isn't very clear.

But with Wally, we've had no mention at all. Bart's entire history seems to have been re-written, so now I have no idea if he's becoming Kid Flash to replace Wally or as the first one ever. I'm not quite sure in 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' happened now, either, which would be kind of terrible. If that Event didn't happen, then Barry Allen never died and, thus, Wally never became Flash and that entire 20 year stint is wiped out. I really hope that isn't the case, but it's starting to look that way.

Remember Frieght Train from Outsiders...
Thunder
Aqualad
Tempest
Jericho
Erradicator
Pretty much the whole Outsider Line up...
There are so many characters..
I've added up Outsiders, as a whole, to the missing list. The Outsiders are honestly one of my favorite DC teams, in any version they pop up in. I really want them to get their own series back. I've also added Jericho and Aqualad, who I'd forgotten about. Boy, where is Aqualad? Come to think of it, where is the new Aqualad, the black kid? Jackson Hyde popped up for the 'Brightest Day' Event and was a really big part of it, and then was never heard from again. I really liked that kid and thought he was freakin' awesome. I hope they bring him back and don't just sweep him under the rug. = (

It's been a few weeks since I set this list up. Just sendin' out a little call to see if anyone's found any of our missing crew in the comics for this month?

First off, I really enjoyed Flashpoint and I think the new 52 can unfold to be something really, really good in time. Yet I also think it could be a total train wreck and a lot will just... y'know, suck.

That being said, I wanna know what exactly happened to Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash/Professor Zoom. I always liked his character, but since in Flashpoint he said he existed out of the timeline and was suddenly killed by Thomas Wayne, does that mean he's gone for good? Maybe add him to the list to keep an eye out for him.
