No one outside of comic book readers have clue who the character is. Those readers who are fans are going to be hyper critical of this movie, if it happens. Also likely that it will suffer "Scott Pilgrim syndrome" in that this is a movie in which the main fan base is likely to download the movie rather than go to an actual theater.
